Rhode Island Fiscal Summit
Saturday, February 23, 2013 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (PST)
Common Sense Action (CSA) is hosting the Rhode Island Fiscal Summit in Alumni Hall at Brown University on February 23, 2013. Using Rhode Island's fiscal challenges as a case study, we hope to explore the impact of as well as solutions to the large federal deficits and debt crisis.
We ask: as we try to reduce our deficits, how do Americans from all political backgrounds come together to make the hard cuts and necessary investments to create a sustianable economic future for the next generation? The summit will conclude with brief remarks from Common Sense Action on how our generation can inspire sensible political action.
